I not only build a foundation and ongoing program for my clients to train properly for their lives, but I build a connection that dives into daily habits and mental health to better understand and fix the source of bad relationships with food, self image, fitness expectations, as well as how to train properly for goals.
My go-to functional workout includes KettleBell swings, pushups, ball slams, deadlifts and burpees!
I will never pass up some protein pancakes!!
I love most food, but I can easily skip out on peas and spinach.
