Meet Coach Jill

My Mission

I love people in all walks of life, ages, backgrounds, cultures and ethnicities. People fascinate me! The reason that I became an RN and a health, fitness and nutrition coach is that I love to be a part of your success in achieving short-term and long-term health, fitness and nutrition goals. When you have good health, you can accomplish so much more in life and have more real joy because of your optimal physical and emotional health. Silently, disease processes such as diabetes, high blood pressure or other chronic preventable life-changing and life-shortening diseases can start at a young age. What a rush it is for us to succeed together to maintain a healthy lifestyle that continues to promote a feeling of self-confidence, positive self-image and realization of the inner strenth for ones own customized goals.

Performance is increased with accountability. I have the ability to personally connect with you so you will be excited and motivated to improve your performance and outcomes. I have had years of health and technical training experience in groups, one on one, and remote. I am a registered nurse with personal background for a life of fitness. When I have a cause, I will go to great lengths for my clients to help them succeed.

    I like the 7 minute workout (x1, x2, x3) because there is really no excuse not to do this.

    I greatly enjoy vegetables in their many forms and haven't really met a soup that I didn't like.

    Fresh tomatoes although I like all the derivitives such as pizza sauce, spaghetti sauce etc. Weird!
