The reason that I became an RN and a health, fitness and nutrition coach is that I love to be a part of your success in achieving short-term and long-term health, fitness and nutrition goals. Silently, disease processes such as diabetes, high blood pressure or other chronic preventable life-changing and life-shortening diseases can start at a young age.
