Sure, you can piecemeal together a program using the internet, but you'll reach your goals much sooner with the accountability and knowledge that a real-life coach brings.
My go-to workout is a full-body strength training circuit.
Oatmeal, hummus and peanut butter (in moderation), shrimp stirfry, apples, bananas, roasted veggies.
Soymilk (mostly because I'm allergic to it).
