I have an educational background that helps me determine correct approaches for individuals and enough experience to know when to switch approaches that will work better for the individual client. I will always take a client-centered approach when determining what steps to take to make sure training is meaningful to the client so that it will always be an enjoyable part of their day and not a chore.
My go to workouts include running, followed by a Pilates session with weights.
I am a huge foodie, but I must say my absolute favorite dish is Penne alla Vodka with Chicken Parm!

For strength training, I enjoy listening to hip hop. When I am running I enjoy acoustic music.
For as much as I love to run, I don’t think I will ever run a marathon!
