I am also a very empathetic and compassionate person that can understand a person's lifestyle, needs, and background, and in turn can alter their exercise plan to fit their circumstances. I am a strong advocate for a consistent exercise routine, so formulating a program that fits the client's needs and challenges them is very important to me.
I love Olympic lifting, weight training, and yoga. Never underestimate the power of mobility!
