I have a decade + of training in strength training, plyometrics, and cardiovascular/muscular training, boxing & kick boxing, HIIT. I am a stay at home wife currently so all my time is going to be dedicated to structuring your workouts perfectly for you and your goals. This is something I can definitely say I am confident in. I will always choose to do heavy bag boxing and kickboxing drills in a HIIT manner.
Too many to choose but I love greens. Broccoli, spinach and watercress! Also, a vegetarian!
