Meet Coach Jessica

My Mission

My mission is to help everyone experience the many benefits of a healthy lifestyle. I want to teach others the various modes and methods of exercise so they can become confident and find their niche. Whether it's getting in shape for a recreational sport tournament, skiing with the family, being able to pick up and play with grandkids, or feeling better about your body, I want to help you achieve your goals. There is power and liberation in exercising our incredible body. "Exercise not only changes your body. It changes your attitude, your mind, and your mood." I enjoyed seeing my most recent client lose 30 pounds and do strength, speed and cardio training for his sport. Let me help you on your journey.
