I approach training from all aspects instead of just the physical, and I developed that from being a practicing martial artist. So I would be approaching the training from mental to improve the clients state of mind as well as physical to get that mind body connection. When they achieve that the training comes much easier and inspires the client to see the challenge and take it on.
