I love training like an athlete, involving: plyometrics, sprinting, strengthening, conditioning.
I love burrito bowls - hits all the food groups! But always have to save room for cheat meals!
Not a fan of berries, unless they are in a smoothie!

One of my favourite hobbies is rock climbing! It is also a great workout
