I have personally experienced what it feels like to want to reach your physical goals but feel constricted. It’s not easy but with good support I’ve been able to achieve goals. I’d love to be that support for someone else. As someone who’s experienced physical obstacles, I believe I can better relate to others with similar journeys. And not everyone is meant to approach their obstacles the same way. But I’d love to assist others approach their unique obstacles on their journey.
I always love to weight train in the gym, but my favorite workout would have to be Zumba.
I could eat fruit all day. My newest obsession would have to be cotton candy grapes.
