I feel like they should train with me because I can become more personable with them and create a program that would work with their limitations and/or push them to do their best. I want them to be happy with their progress and show them how far they have come if they start and stay training under me. If they are having an off day, I would be able to give them pointers on positions of their body while working out or change their day-to-day workout depending on how they are feeling.
My favorite sweat sesh is a good run with body weight exercises. I may add bands to the exercises.
I love eating many different fruits and vegetables. I love flavoring chicken breast different ways.
Dislike artichoke, prunes, and fish.
