Working with a trainer who understands not only fitness, but people is something I think lacks in this profession. I’ve always been able to connect with my clients on a deeper level, enabling them to reach higher goals and allowing me to push them further because I know what drives them. Anyone can relay information, but that only works if we are able to accurately apply that to the individual.
I personally love a good push day!
