Like most people, I was always trying to find a way to maintain personal health, fitness and quality of life. There is, however, so much conflicting information that I did not know where to begin. That is where my studying began. I have spent 10 years researching and digging through information to find what actually works. I wrote diet and workout programs for myself, my family and friends to see what kind of results we could achieve. I enjoyed this so much that I obtained my personal training certification and I received a degree in health sciences as a physical therapist assist. I then became a licensed physical therapist assistant to help people regain their quality of life. I love helping people to realize their potential and help them follow through with achieving their goals. I aim to bring real science and practical application to fitness for a healthy and fulfilling life. People have so much potential. They just need to be pointed in the right direction.
