Proper form and technique while performing exercises are essential to avoid injury and optimize their results. Keeping the workouts challenging and an endless variety helps the client stay motivated, preventing boredom and plateauing. Tracking their progress is another key in the client's progress and making adjustments to their program as needed to continually challenge and make progress towards their goals.
