I have over 7 years of training experience. I have multiple ACE certifications, CrossFit as well as Precision Nutrition. I’ve worked with clients from all walks of life, ranging from the age of 8-80.
I develop custom workouts just for them based on their needs and goals. I would give clear instruction and guidance. The workouts would not be the same repeatedly so that they stay fun and to keep the muscles guessing. I would also build a relationship with them to encourage them and keep them more accountable.
My all time favorite workout is “Cindy” 20 min AMRAP 5 Pull-ups 10 Push-ups 15 Air Squats
Cauliflower rice because I absolutely love rice! I enjoy a wide variety of meats and veggies too!
