I am always available when my clients have questions. Not just when we are in a session. Every workout we create, we create together based on what they like/enjoy and what feels best for them. Of course, workouts can be difficult, but they should never cause pain or too much discomfort. I like to make sure my clients are 100 percent satisfied with their workout plans before completing them.
My go to workout is a HIIT workout. Combining weights and cardio is always a good time to me!
