I believe every client should be exposed to various ways of training and explore what suits them best. I might have a more efficient way of working out that they haven't experienced yet and I enjoy exercising in ways that the body is not typically used to.
My go to workout is always based on mobility/flexibility. I like to take my time and focus on form.
