Everyone’s journey is different just like how everyone’s body is different and this should be personalized to each individual. When starting with a new client, I program to suit their personal goals, availability, accessibility and health/injury condition. In my personal experience, wellness can still be achieved during the ups and downs of everyday life-no matter what the schedule is, what time allows for, what workout equipment is available or injuries are present, etc. The world is your gym!
