I am truly passionate about fitness as it has helped save my life. I can help provide direction and keep clients focused on their goals, even as those goals are evolving. I am quick to respond to clients should they have any questions or concerns in regards to my programing. I am currently working as an R.N. in the operating room and am new to coaching. Being a personal trainer is not about collecting a paycheck for me. It's about getting people healthy through an active lifestyle. I very much enjoy helping people find what avenue of fitness best interests them to get to that goal or whatever personal goals they may have.
I love a good trail run. I also enjoy AMRAPs with a mix of cardio and functional strength training.
Hearty salads, ceviche, eggwhites with onion, bellpeppers, and black beans. Cheese is my weakness.
I dislike zuchini and tend to stay away from eating it unless its in a quiche.
