    Mountain biking resets my brain and body. Moving forward with hard cardio out in nature is my go-to.

    Healthy food I love

    I love navy bean soup! Olive oil, sprig of rosemary, lemon juice, salt, and beans make the dish.

    Healthy food I hate

    Juiced fruit and veggies make strange combos. For me it's like the color green became a flavor.
