It's my belief that satisfaction in the storyline comes about by intentionally seeking new experiences with people, food and activity. While commitment and goal setting are the vehicles for change, the people traveling together make the adventure memorable.
Mountain biking resets my brain and body. Moving forward with hard cardio out in nature is my go-to.
