The programs I develop will help them not just during the workout but will carryover in their career as well. Only healthy food I sort of dislike is soy or tofu. Soy protein is not good for my diet.

I really enjoy listening to pop and rock music when I workout. I like to train to a strong drum beat
People don't realize I have a black belt I'm Taekwondo. I also qualified for the junior Olympics.
