I am grateful to guide someone who wants to take their fitness to the next level. I was previously a client and have had a "day 1". My experience taught me to value positivity, productivity, and progress. Yes, a client will have to put in the work themselves, however, I will be a team player as I model courage and discipline. There will always be room for error, however we will adjust as needed and execute as expected to achieve movement goals and proper nutrition intake. No doubt.
