I have a plethora of training knowledge from my military experience and continuing education through universities and the ISSA along with my diverse work experience and personal fitness goals. I can ensure that exercises are done correctly and safely and am able to modify them for each client based on their ability levels. As far as changing clients' lives, my biggest reward from training is helping clients become a better version of themselves and allowing them a greater quality of life.
I focus primarily on strength training but also do bodyweight workouts to be well rounded and functionally fit

I switch it up a lot but my go to for big lifts is either Tech N9ne, Seether, Shinedown or similar intensity
