I have personally gained the weight and was also able to retain muscle and bring my body fat down to 5%. With my knowledge whether you want to gain or lose weight you will. I have built great knowledge from the 3 years i have working out. I have studied partys of the human body, studied when to eat, whats best to eat, and how many times you should eat. I’ve made my sister lose 100lbs in months.
My go to workout would be deadlifting and muscle-ups.
Chicken, Carrots, Broccoli, Oats, fruits, and vegetables.
I honestly don’t hate healthy food. I’d rather eat healthy food regardless of the taste, for gains.
