I've trained groups of up to 60 people, down to just 1 on 1 training, ages from 14-65, and using my knowledge on strength and conditioning, sports specific training, nutrition, calisthenics, and mobility and overall functionality, I feel I am extremely capable of helping just about anyone meet their fitness goals.
