I got into fitness through my own journey.. I understand the trials one goes through when trying to reach and maintain a healthy lifestyle.. I have lost half my body weight and strive for better health each day.. So figuring out the right way to do this was important.. I wanted to be a great role model for my kids and as a bonus, look on the outside as I felt on the inside.. I stayed in fitness to bring that education to others and help inspire a new wave of health and fitness buffs by creating the right mindset.. Helping those who are trying to figure out their way or have reached a point where they want to move to the next level is my passion.. I want to see everyone succeed and enjoy watching people transform their lives in a positive and sustainable way..
