After my own lifestyle and body transformation, losing 80 pounds in 9 months, I am on a mission to share what i've learned and arm you with information that you can use to transform your relationship with food and exercise too. When we see getting healthy like a short-term goal, we think about it as a chore and categorize our choices as "good and bad". That may work for a little while, but that mind-set doesn't go the distance. I want to help you form a new relationship with your mind and body to create sustainable habits that remove the chores and choices all together. I will give you the confidence to push through the moments that feel impossible and prove to yourself that you're stronger than you think you are. I will help you achieve your goals and then challenge you to set bigger ones. And most importantly, I want to enjoy the journey with you.
