I am someone who is big on accoutability but also know how to teach someone to become reliable and motivated to stay consistent in order to maximize their goals and outcomes. Everyone is going to achieve their fitness goals at their own pace, but I'm here to create that level of consistency and also to be a shoulder to lean on when times get hard.
My go-to workout would have to be a good back and leg workout followed by a form of cardio.
