My Mission

The history of fitness dating back to the Greeks and its scientific evolution inspires me. I think of myself as continuing the tradition using a scientific approach. When people trust me to take them through their journey and they see the result themselves is very empowering for me and the client.

First and foremost, people make the assumption that they know what they’re doing. If they knew what they were doing, they wouldn’t be so much is obesity in America. They wouldn’t be so much disease and heart disease. Of course some of which is that of a persons control. If you were looking to fix a plumbing issue you call a plumber. You can try fixing it yourself, you are in the risk of school and everything up. They need me the same way I need a plumber to fix their health and fitness problems.
