The history of fitness dating back to the Greeks and its scientific evolution inspires me. I think of myself as continuing the tradition using a scientific approach. When people trust me to take them through their journey and they see the result themselves is very empowering for me and the client.

First and foremost, people make the assumption that they know what they’re doing. If they knew what they were doing, they wouldn’t be so much is obesity in America.
