I have an extensive background working in both rehabilitative and commercial spaces that aid me in covering not only the physical aspects of exercise but the psychological too. As a result of my education and career path clientele will not get a one-size-fits-all approach but instead a exercise program that is tailormade to them and their goals. It is through me that a client can get an all encompassing approach towards fitness.
My go-to workout would have to be squats. deadlifts are a close second.
Anything in an omelet. Stir-fries, and the daily morning protein pudding/shake.
Never met a healthy food I didn't like.
