I’m not a hard core guy. I will push you to your limit, but I will try my best to make the workouts as fun as possible. Growing up I always feared some of my strength coaches, the ones that I didn’t fear, I found the most growth.
Right now I am loving the peloton workouts. Cardio and a little weight training goes a long way!

I love to Golf in my spare time! I typically will walk 2-3 rounds a week. Easy cardio and fun!
