My mission for my clients is to help them reach the goals you set for themselves. I tend to set a total of ten goals for the year. 5 from me and 5 from my clients. For example, a client wants to bench press 135lbs, my goal for them is to get them to 150lbs. I can be strict as well as supportive. I want to be inviting. I want to be that coach you love and hate because I also know sometimes the workouts can be difficult. The good news is that together we can both get through it, and come out feeling tremendously better than before.
