My Mission

I've always had a fascination with martial arts and the healing secrets some of them contain. The nuances of these movements tap into a state of flow few get to experience and even fewer understand. It feels like touching the key to vitality! I've been fortunate enough to connect with clients from a wide range of backgrounds from pro-MMA athletes to office workers and touring musicians! Many jobs where we spend our days wreck havoc on our bodies in the form of chronic pain. I've personally struggled with chronic low back pain and understand how disempowering it can feel. I've immersed myself in a variety of corrective exercise approaches that can help you overcome barriers and perform at levels you never thought possible! I'm passionate about my mission to conquer chronic pain and achieve a healthy balance in our lives. Together we can take back your body and promote fluidity in motion and sustainable elastic power!

I am an NASM certified personal trainer with over 15 years of experience. I specialize in Corrective Exercise and Nutrition Coaching with instructor certification in Wing Chun Kung Fu and Animal Flow.
