Meet Coach Jahmani

My Mission

I aim to make my clients feel more comfortable in the bodies or to feel stronger in and out of the gym. At the start of my fitness journey, I learned to use the gym to stay calm and focus my negative emotions into something positive. In doing this, I created many opportunities for myself as an athlete and trainer. My mother and my father are the primary reason why push myself in the gym along with negative emotions of losing my father. My mission isn't only to keep you fit or strong, but to also keep that fire that burns inside you to keep you motivated!
