As a former Division 1 wrestler, I have a wealth of knowledge in aspects of mental toughness required to break old habits and create new ones. I am also an elementary P.E. Teacher and have many years of experience working with parents /kids. I do not believe that soy is good for you. I dislike that the food industry pushes soy on us.
