My Mission

Motivation is everywhere. We are all motivated from time to time, but those that see real results are those that are disciplined. I am inspired by the individuals who get up earlier than they want to and workout so they have time in the afternoon for their family. I am inspired to help those that want help themselves and finally answer the call. There is potential deep down inside all of us, sitting, and waiting to break free. Sometimes, just getting started is the hardest part. Put one foot in front of the other, over and over, and soon you will be where you want to be. I love fitness because it can be a mode in which we all find that we have so much more to offer to this world. You owe it to yourself and your loved ones to make your body strong and healthy. As we all know, since recent events, that HEALTH = WEALTH. Find the courage to step up to the plate and take a swing. Find the courage to create the life that you have always wanted, and get fit while doing it.

As a former Division 1 wrestler, I have a wealth of knowledge in aspects of mental toughness required to break old habits and create new ones. I am also an elementary P.E. Teacher and have many years of experience working with parents /kids. This combination of teaching and inspiration helps me to guide individuals in all levels of ability to reaching their fitness goals.
