My mission is to empower people through enjoyable and authentic fitness, health, and wellness. My formal education and training is on the scientific study of human movement (biomechanics) and how physical activity and sport affect our quality of life. In 2021, I also took several physical therapy courses at Boston University towards a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree (DPT). With this knowledge & experience, I have witnessed mentors and professors quite literally teach people how to walk. By combining elements of physical therapy into workouts and training, I can help my clients avoid injury and maximize results. In addition, as a former D1 track athlete, I’m also well versed in nutrition, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. I also have experience working with people with special needs. I have studied various methods and techniques, and I am ready to continue helping people reach their goals.
Jack's mantra
One of the reasons people usually fail to stay fit on their own is a lack of motivation and accountability. I provide this for my clients with a level of expertise, support, and enthusiasm that is highly personal and tailored to your needs. I have a warm sense of humor and a lot of patience, so you’ll always feel comfortable with me. Your success is my success – let’s get there together!
