After a warmup, I prefer 90 minutes or so of weight training followed by moderate cardio & stretches
Chicken, lean red meat, sweet potato, banana, eggs, honey, peanut butter, salmon, broccoli, rice
Fatty red meat, beans, white bread, whey protein powder, milk, processed cheese, tomato, lettuce
