I have a BSc. in Kinesiology which has given me the academic foundation for evidence-based fitness training. I have a good understanding of training principles and how to make a comprehensive fitness program aimed at achieving goals specified by the client. I enjoy not only prescribing workouts, but also teaching people about the science behind the workout so that clients understand its relevance and importance.
My go-to workout is either a HIIT running workout or a power based lower body workout.
I love to add lentils to many dishes as they provide a good source of protein and fibre to my diet.
I wish I didn't have trouble eating quinoa but unfortunately I do.
