My coaching philosophy is based heavily on scientific research, more extensively than a majority of coaches. I'm extremely detailed oriented and a perfectionist so I make sure to teach movement patterns and other techniques with the greatest scientific-backed precision. I'm also passionate in teaching the 'why' and 'how' in everything I do. I don't want the client to just do, but to learn and understand each aspect of what they're performing.
A good ole heavy leg session (I know, I'm crazy!). Squats, lunges and hinge exercises intra session.
Teriyaki glazed salmon on rice with sweet potato. Eating healthy doesn't have to be boring!
I'm the least picky person ever, but liver & onions and asparagus are a no go for me.
