I think the true value of a personal trainer is not necessarily the information they present (although that is important) but more so how they present it. As a PT, I emphasize the human connection aspect of the process because I believe, more often than not, people just need someone that will listen to them, help them and, most importantly, motivate them to be the best version of themselves.
My favourite workout right now is the good old-fashioned squat.
