I pride myself in the ability to encourage, motivate, and inspire people into going after their goals no matter the obstacle or setback. The mindset is a hard thing for clients to consistently keep in a positive state throughout their health and fitness journey, so that is where I focus the most. That, and holding them accountable to the goals they/we set on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis.
I LOVE training back! Deadlifts, bent over rows, lat pulldowns, T-bar rows...cobra back workout!
Mangoes, passion fruit, dragon fruit, ALL berries, watermelon, all types of fruit!
