The reason they should train with me instead of another trainer is that I will not only give the tools for a client to achieve their goal but will use all of my knowledge and resources to give them an enjoyable plan that will help them stay motivated for the rest of their life. I want my client to enjoy their health and fitness journey in a way that is sustainable long-term. I am a source that will give my client the tools to be successful while also holding my client accountable, which the internet can not do. My job is to motivate them through the early stages of their journey because that is the most difficult part of making a lifelong change.
A steady state cardio bike ride followed by some weight lifting or an abdominal workout :)
Sushi would be my favorite but on a budget I make a lot of tilapia with fresh veg which I love!
