Clients should train with me rather with someone else or alone for many reasons. For one, I will NOT allow the client to leave the session without the correct workout and correct cool down also having a motivational coach such as myself next to the client where i will not allow an “i cant” attitude. We will push. We will work, and we will conquer!
My favorite go to workout would be, burpees, boxing cardio, and light weight reps.
