Nowadays there is a lot of false and misinterpreted information online. An individual can quickly get overwhelmed with the huge amount of information online and not know where to start. If a client chooses to train with me, they will have a program based on proven and research backed training techniques. I've been in a clients position not knowing where to start and being overwhelmed. All a client would have to do is the workouts and changes we agree on, otherwise I will take care of the rest!
My absolute favorite cardio workout is HIIT jump roping!
I love grilled chicken wraps and any type of mixed salad.
I'm honestly not objected to any healthy food, I like to eat food for the benefit, not taste.

I'm definitely a fan of rock and metal music when working out.
I'd say that from the outside I look very calm and tame, but I'm actually a bundle of energy.
