I feel that my skill set is highly diversified. I've worked with a great deal of different levels of health, fitness, and performance and those experiences have given me knowledge that the typical layman does not have. Furthermore, I am also aware that some prefer to be in front of their experience rather than simply take orders. I feel that I am able to provide as much or as little expertise as a client desires, whether it be to be a coach of all aspects of their fitness or simply a resource to use at their discretion.
High intensity strength training. Heavy work with a barbell, squats, dead lifts, bench press etc.
Steak and potatoes. Eggs, spinach, anything that allows me to feel full and fuel my workouts.
