Meet Coach Holly

My Mission

My mission is to help my community become healthier. The queer community, the pagan, goth, gamer, nerd community. Introverts like me, who want to live healthier lives, but don't fit the generic stereotype. I know what it's like to go to the gym at 1am to avoid "the crowd" I know how it feels to want to do better, but not want to socialize. The comfort of an at home work out, the autonomy of being in control of your environment, when you work out, what you listen to, what you eat. The freedom to make healthy choices without feeling judged or hassled It is my mission to give my community the safe space they need to flourish. To make the journey at their pace. We'll listen to your jams, we'll talk your interests, we'll incorporate your world into fitness. So you are in control, and you feel like it. I am a gamemaster, I can set you challenges, and level you up in life. We'll work together to make becoming healthy a lot of fun.

I am an introvert, a nerd, a goth, and queer. I'm looking to help introverts feel seen. A good match for me would be someone who doesn't feel like the gym life is suited to them. I want to show them that nerds work out too. That being fit is also intelligent, and achievable for all walks of life.
