I love working with clients that want to lose weight. I have lost over 120 pounds and that is where I found my passion for fitness. I have excellent knowledge in this area. I can help with the emotional roller-coaster that comes with losing weight. I will keep them believing that they can push forward by using some of my own experiences and struggles.
