I feel a client should train with me because I am likeable. I'm always going to put their needs first. I can be intense and high demanding but only because I want and can see the best in all people. I can also be easy calm and collected depending on how my client wants to be trained. I'm a very good motivator and listener, and I value everyone's time.
My go to workout consists of bench-press, jump-roping, bosu-ball sit-ups, leg- press, and arm curls
My favorite healthy foods are grilled salmon, oranges, strawberries, bananas, and green beans.
