I really like that one to one experience instead of a group exercise. Being able to explain the strength in training and helping my client understand what each exercise is for specifically. Targeting areas and seeing results rather than just making them waste thier money.
My Favorite go to workout would have to be deadlift! Deadlift is the King of any Muscle Group!
Healthy food I love to eat is Chicken and Rice. Protein is a good source for muscle growth!
