I will meet my client where they're at and then push them to make progress each and every day. I can be tough when that's needed, but also positive and encouraging because that's always needed. I have a lot of experience with clients of all ages and at all fitness levels and have found success in helping my clients get the results they desired. My college degree was in Kinesiology so I have the education and knowledge to train clients to achieve great, lasting results.
I love high intensity interval training workouts that incorporate a mixture of cardio and strength !
Very basic, but I'm a big fan of chicken and rice with a side of hummus and vegetables. YUM!
